We are seeking a collaborative and motivated SLP to support K–12 students with developmental disabilities — including AAC users — in a dynamic school-based setting in the Phoenix area.

 What You’ll Do
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy in classroom and small-group settings
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop IEPs
- Program, monitor, and maintain AAC devices
- Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs, and families to integrate communication goals across environments
- Track student progress and complete required Medicaid billing
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
You’ll play a key role in helping students improve communication, classroom participation, and overall functional independence.
 What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Arizona SLP License
- Arizona Department of Education Certificate
- Ability to obtain AHCCCS number & NPI for Medicaid billing
- AZ Hearing Screening Certificate (preferred)
- Strong AAC knowledge and collaboration skills
 Work Environment
- School-based setting serving K–12 students
- Active, engaging days working directly with students
- Team-focused culture emphasizing safety and collaboration
- Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
