ECE Subhub is hiring a full-time Family Service Worker to support Bussey Early Childhood Center with Southfield Public Schools. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to connect families with the services and support they need to thrive.
At ECE Subhub, we believe children thrive when they are supported by caring, dependable, and engaged adults. That support starts with strong families. As a Family Service Worker, you will work alongside the classroom and program team to support enrollment, family engagement, and community connections. Responsibilities may include recruiting eligible children and families to maintain full enrollment, providing family support and referrals through regular contact including home visits, center visits, phone calls, and letters, working with the team to provide support services and develop parent activities, building relationships with community agencies and organizations that serve children and families, participating in community service organizational meetings, and organizing meetings, workshops, and trainings for parents.
