Call Center Representative - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Schedule: 24-Hour Call Center - Shift Assigned Based on Business Needs and Candidate Availability

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to join a professional, low-volume call center supporting federal accounts. This is a customer service-focused position where previous professional call center experience is required.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling phone-based customer inquiries, documenting information accurately, navigating multiple computer systems, and following established procedures. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and dependable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to federal accounts
  • Provide professional, accurate, and courteous customer service
  • Answer customer questions and research issues to provide appropriate solutions
  • Accurately document calls, customer interactions, and account information
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers by phone
  • Follow established procedures, scripts, policies, and account-specific guidelines
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and account information
  • Escalate issues when appropriate and follow established resolution procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Meet established quality, attendance, and performance expectations
Qualifications
  • Previous professional call center experience is required
  • Previous experience handling customer service calls in a structured call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
