Job description

The RN Charge Nurse plays a vital leadership role by ensuring compliance with nursing standards, supervising patient care processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating unit operations in Med/Surg and ICU settings. They facilitate safe patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, support risk management, and promote staff education and policy adherence. The role also involves direct patient care, safety assessments, and leadership activities such as rounding, safety huddles, and staff orientation, all aimed at delivering efficient and high-quality patient care.
This position is eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus!
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
36 hours per week - Third Shift
5:45 PM - 6:15 AM
Every Third Weekend
Valid RN License in the State of Indiana
BLS/CPR Certification Required
ACLS and PALS Certifications Required Within 6 Months of Hire
3-5 Years of Nursing Experience Preferred
