Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor for our 3rd shift operations in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, manage inventory levels, ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, and supervise a team of warehouse associates.
**Additional Information:**
- Full-time | Monday�Friday | 8:00 PM start
- $80,000 - $100,000 annual salary DOE + 10% discretionary bonus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities on the 3rd shift.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping.
