HIRING IMMEDIATELY: NIGHT SHIFT OPERATIONS MANAGER IN BLOOMFIELD, CT
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Night Shift Operations Manager to join our team in Bloomfield, Connecticut. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all night-shift operational activities across the distribution center. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a passion for operational excellence, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves developing teams. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $70,000-$75,000 + bonus
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 3rd Shift (Night Shift)
  • Located in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all night-shift operational activities across the distribution center
  • Assign managers, supervisors, and warehouse associates to ensure smooth workflow
  • Manage shift schedules to maintain proper staffing levels across all departments
  • Establish and enforce procedures for receiving, shipping, product handling, and inventory control
  • Partner with transportation teams to ensure accurate, on-time store deliveries
  • Oversee systems, records control, and operational reporting
  • Lead employee safety initiatives and ensure all training requirements are met
  • Support reclamation of damaged merchandise and proper reporting of donations
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and OSHA regulations
  • Implement department standards and guidelines as directed by the DC Manager
  • Manage performance reviews and support HR processes
  • Oversee customer service functions to ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with confidence
  • A self-starter mindset with the drive to implement and manage operational programs
  • Strong computer and WMS literacy
  • College-level training and 8–10 years of warehouse management experience
