Ditsch USA is looking for a Production Associate to join their Cincinnati team on 3rd shift. In this role, you will support production by packaging products, moving materials, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a strong team, this could be a solid opportunity. Starting pay: $18-$20/hour.

About the Role

As a Production Associate, you will help keep production running smoothly by packaging products, supporting the production line, and maintaining quality and safety standards. In this role, you will:

  • Pack, weigh, and label finished products for shipment.
  • Load materials and supply production lines as needed.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
  • Always follow safety guidelines and food manufacturing procedures.
  • Handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Support equipment checks and report any issues.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitation to maintain production standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently.

What You Bring

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable Production Associate working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Food production experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
