Job description

Position Details:
• Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I
• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85040
• Duration: 3-month contract to start
• Shift: 3rd Shift – 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
• Schedule: 6 days onsite during busy season (currently 5 days/week)
• Pay Rate: $32/hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in support of TPM and RCM programs
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify root causes
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
• Maintain equipment for maximum production efficiency and safety
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Use computer applications for maintenance tracking and data entry

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience
• Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• Experience with valves, actuators, gaskets, seals, and HTST processes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Teams preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable wearing PPE and steel-toed boots

Preferred:
• Knowledge of electrical theory and PLC programming
• HS Diploma/GED preferred (not required with relevant experience)
