Secondary Operator โ€“ 3rd ShiftR&L Spring Company & Medicoil | Lake Geneva, WI

R&L Spring Company and Medicoil are looking for dependable Secondary Operators to join our growing manufacturing teams on 3rd shift. In this role, you will support production by operating secondary equipment, inspecting parts, and helping ensure quality products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying busy throughout the shift, and being part of a supportive manufacturing environment.

Schedule

3rd Shift - 5 days a week
10 pm to 6:30 am
Hours may vary slightly by department/facility

$2.00/hr shift differential

Responsibilities
  • Operate and assist with various secondary manufacturing processes
  • Set up and tend equipment used in secondary operations
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow written work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation
  • Complete production paperwork and traveler documentation accurately
  • Monitor machines for failures and make adjustments as needed
  • Notify supervisors or Quality when nonconformances or quality concerns are identified
  • Assist with sorting, packing, labeling, and handling finished products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
