General Laborer / Material Handler – 3rd Shift

Shift & Pay:
  • Training on 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm): $21.83/hr
  • 3rd Shift (10:00pm – 6:30pm): $22.48/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable General Laborer / Material Handler to join our team on 3rd shift. This role involves physically demanding work, forklift operation (training provided), and supporting production operations in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lift and move 50–70 lb. bags, boxes, or tubs; move pallets as needed
  • Safely operate a forklift
  • Operate Machines to produce batter and bread mixes per specifications
  • Follow GMPs, allergen management, and safety policies to prevent cross-contamination
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas; perform allergen cleanouts as required
  • Stage materials for next shift and ensure smooth handoffs with clear communication
  • Perform housekeeping tasks (sweeping, vacuuming, waste removal, etc.)
  • Provide relief for other roles (front operator, bagger, warehouse, etc.) as needed
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. regularly
  • Forklift experience (training provided if needed)
  • Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and compliance procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to cross-train and assist in other areas as needed
