Location: Irving, TX Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role:The General Laborer supports daily site operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment withinan active operating facility. This role is critical to ensuring safety compliance and supporting ongoing constructionactivities.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred0–2 years of general labor or construction experience preferredWill consider candidates with relevant transferable skills or willingness to learnKey ResponsibilitiesPerform general site cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, debris removal)Firewatch, hourly walks to check on high priority areasAssist with water management and basic site upkeepSupport crews with general labor tasks as neededKeep work areas safe, clean, and organized at all timesFollow all site safety protocols and proceduresRequirementsPrevious construction or general labor experience preferredAbility to work in an active operating facilityStrong attention to safety and detailReliable transportationMust pass background check and required site clearancesPPE RequirementsSteel toe boots required (employee must provide)Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job.
