To excel as a 3rd Shift Cable Manufacturing Operator, you generally need a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and experience with manufacturing processes. These skills ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production during overnight shifts, supporting consistent manufacturing output.
