What does a 3PL Project Manager do?

A 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Project Manager oversees logistics operations by coordinating between clients and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods. They manage projects related to supply chain solutions, monitor key performance indicators, and resolve any operational issues that arise. Building strong relationships across stakeholders is crucial for proactively resolving issues and ensuring smooth project execution. Effective collaboration is key to managing expectations, optimizing supply chain processes, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
