Description:General Description:

QuickBox is seeking a Junior Developer to support our growing integrations and data infrastructure. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and supporting API and EDI integrations, data pipelines, and internal tooling that connect our WMS, OMS, and partner platforms.


In addition to development support, this role will assist with application configuration, including API/EDI setup, master data management, and SQL-based data operations (mass updates, inserts, and data corrections). The position will also provide exposure to business analysis responsibilities, including interpreting client requirements and supporting contract/SOW-driven configuration within systems such as order management and billing rule engines.


The ideal candidate has foundational experience in Python or JavaScript, working knowledge of SQL, and a strong interest in systems integration within a fast-paced 3PL technology environment.


Essential Duties & Job Functions:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining integrations across core systems (WMS, OMS, Shopify, EDI platforms)
  • Support API- and EDI-based workflows, including ingestion and postback processes (orders, inventory, fulfillments)
  • Perform application and integration setup, including API/EDI configurations and system onboarding tasks
  • Execute SQL-based data operations, including mass updates, inserts, and data corrections to support implementations and issue resolution
  • Support application master data setup (SKUs, locations, mappings, carrier/service configurations)
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation
  • Contribute to data pipeline development and maintenance (e.g., Snowflake, ETL processes)
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and participate in root cause analysis across systems
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Client Services to deliver scalable technical solutions
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical configuration, including exposure to contract/SOW analysis and rule-based system setup (e.g., billing or order management rules)
  • Maintain and contribute to internal documentation, SOPs, and integration mapping standards
Requirements:Job Qualifications Mandatory:

1) 1–2 years of development experience or relevant coursework

2) Experience with Python or JavaScript

3) Basic understanding of SQL (queries, joins, filtering datasets)

4) Familiarity with APIs (REST/JSON) and data structures

5) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

6) Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake or similar
  • Experience with API tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
  • Understanding of ETL/data pipeline concepts
  • Familiarity with eCommerce or 3PL systems (Shopify, WMS, EDI) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of version control (Git)
