Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3D Printer Technician to operate and support Bambu Lab 3D printers. This is an entry-level position—no prior 3D printing experience is required. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, hands-on, and comfortable working with technology in a production environment. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor Bambu Lab 3D printers (e.g., X1 Carbon, P1 series) for daily production
  • Prepare and manage print jobs using slicing software (training provided)
  • Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, calibration, and basic part replacement
  • Identify and report print issues or equipment malfunctions
  • Assist in troubleshooting print failures with guidance from senior staff
  • Manage filament materials and ensure proper handling and storage
  • Maintain organized records of print jobs and maintenance activities
  • Follow established workflows, safety procedures, and quality standards
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Required Qualifications

  • No prior 3D printing experience required
