Designed for Balance: Choose between a traditional 5-day workweek or four 10-hour days. Enjoy one hour of protected administrative time each day, a manageable patient load of 15-20 patients, and a supportive practice designed to reduce burnout.

Manageable Call: Shared 1:5 call rotation with a collaborative care team that helps create a sustainable lifestyle.

Meaningful Practice: Deliver full-spectrum OB/GYN care with approximately 600 annual deliveries, Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available locally, and dedicated MA or nursing support so you can focus on your patients.
