Job description

Natural Retreats is looking for a full-time Warehouse Operator to join our 360 Blue Team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL! The Warehouse Operator is responsible for linen and housekeeping tasks, as well as, maintaining and promoting the Natural Retreats brand and its standards. Weekends are required.
 

COMPENSATION: $18.50 - $19.00 / hour dependent upon experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for cleaning, storing, and bagging linens  
  • Complete inventory twice weekly for regular stock items  
  • Inspect linens for damage and sort out as needed  
  • Sort and package amenities  
  • Issue linen bags to contractors  
  • Ensure a clean and orderly environment  
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time position. The hours are subject to change and will vary based on occupancy, arrivals, and departures. Due to the nature of the job, Team Members should be flexible with their hours. Weekends and holidays are generally busy with arrivals and departures and considered working days. We encourage our Team Members to take 2 days off per week where possible. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season.
