Job description

Studio 343 is seeking talented Project Architect with 5-7 years of experience for our Annapolis office. We are looking for individuals with an interest in affordable housing, multi-family housing, commercial design and construction contract administration. This is a full-time, hybrid (work from home on Fridays) position. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, managing project timelines, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and team members. Key tasks include creating project documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and supervising project execution from concept to completion. Candidates will also collaborate with the studio team to uphold design standards and deliver high-quality, community-focused projects.
