The 340B Federal program enables us to purchase medications at significant discounts, helping us manage healthcare costs effectively. We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the accuracy of data, program configuration, and retrospective auditing to maintain compliance and continued participation in this vital program.

What you will do:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

  • $23.82/hour + more based on experience!

  • Ensure that the 340B program is utilized & records are complete for Emplify Health (both Gundersen and Bellin regions).

  • Responsible for day-to-day compliant medication procurement, billing, and inventory management.

  • Assists with implementation of and adherence to 340B related policies and procedures.

What do you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 1 year of healthcare related experience

  • Apex Advanced 340B Operations Certificate Program within 18 months of hire

  • Pharmacy and/or pharmacy purchasing experience in multiple pharmacy types and knowledge of EPIC desired

  • Registered as a Pharmacist or registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of WI desired - If Pharmacy Technician, hold or obtain Certified Pharmacy Technician credential (CPhT or ExCPT) desired
