EHC is looking for a Forklift Operator for a Client in the Denver Colorado area

Job Type: Temporary / Contract
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving pallets and materials throughout distribution and logistics facilities, supporting operational and production needs, and loading and unloading trailers. In some locations, this role may also require manually sorting pallets as part of daily responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make decisions regarding the movement and placement of pallets and materials to maximize efficiency.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Position forks, lifting platforms, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets and transport them to designated locations.
  • Load, unload, stack, and organize materials using appropriate equipment.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and operating guidelines at all times.
  • Meet productivity and performance expectations while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Demonstrate accountability for results while upholding workplace values and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Basic math, reading, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and injury prevention.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
