Hourly : Stable working hours Evening (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM) Part-time, 4 days/week 32 hours / week 1 weekend out of 2 Salary : Hourly rate: $29 to $30 per hour Company description: The Ste-Rose residence is a private seniors' residence that welcomes seniors experiencing a loss of autonomy and/or suffering from neurocognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer's. Our mission is to offer seniors an evolving living environment, combined with personalized care and services, within a framework of responsible management. Nature of the work: Under the authority of the Head of Care, the Care Coordinator plans, directs, organizes, and monitors care, assistance, and hygiene activities, ensuring their quality while prioritizing the well-being of the residents and staff under their responsibility. They establish and maintain a close relationship of trust with residents and their families, as well as with the Integrated Health and Social Services Centre (CISSS). They rigorously ensure that care delivery adheres to best clinical practices and at all times guarantees compliance with the RPA accreditation criteria and certification standards and requirements. They participate in the recruitment and onboarding of care and assistance staff. They manage the human and technical resources entrusted to them. They also provide nursing and/or auxiliary nursing care when required. Desired qualities and profile: Be a member in good standing of the OIIQ (mandatory); Minimum experience of two years of care, in a retirement home, for elderly people experiencing loss of autonomy; Minimum one year of experience in personnel management (an important asset); Experience with clients suffering from major neurocognitive disorders (an important asset); Up-to-date CPR and PDSB training (proof required); Rigour, clinical judgment and the ability to implement concrete solutions; Sense of organization and planning ability; Autonomy, creativity and a strong sense of customer service; Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (an important asset); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of SyMo care software (an asset); Knowledge of care hours reports, Iso-SMAF profiles and OCCI (an asset);
