Villa Ste-Rose is a high-end residence that specializes in caring for residents with mobility or cognitive impairments. Indeed, Villa Ste-Rose is currently looking for a care coordinator. The person who will fill this position must be a member of the OIIAQ, be a good listener, have some management experience, and above all, must share the same vision as the team: Building the best care residence. Our team is ambitious and motivated. In addition to that, we are fortunate to work in a new, high-end, state-of-the-art building. Here are the main expectations and key performance indicators: Providing quality care to your residents Conduct proactive follow-ups with your residents' families Ensure the quality of interdepartmental information Provide supervision to your employees (evaluation meetings during probation, training on the approach, notes in the file, etc.) Provide, as needed, training for families on different aspects of neurodegenerative diseases Collaboration with the HR team is therefore essential since it also takes care of the ongoing training aspect of employees.
