Position: Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of providing outstanding dental care within the community and contribute to creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice includes:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
  • An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

This role offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.

  • Guaranteed base pay up to $900 per day with unlimited earning potential (based on experience and start date), ranging from $230,000 to $350,000
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000

Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
  • Any additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
