Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a focus on safety, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Other items as directed by management

Level 3 Skills include:

  • NFPA Safety Arc Flash (III+)
  • Injection line laser parallel and alignment procedure
  • Machining (Mill/Lathe)- mill bit selection, setup, basic functions
  • PLC/HMI program loading, advanced trouble shooting
  • VFD adjustments, install, and start up
  • Equipment upgrades and installation, gearing
  • NEC Standards
  • Rigging fundamentals, overhead crane operation

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking basic English.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoor and indoor settings.
