What You'll Be Doing
  • Tear down used or damaged pallets safely and efficiently
  • Sort salvageable boards and materials from scrap, good stuff doesn't go to waste around here
  • Occasionally refurbish pallets that have some life left in them
  • Keep your area clean and organized so the whole crew can move safely and quickly
  • Work independently or alongside a small crew to hit daily throughput goals
  • Speak up when materials are running low or something needs attention

Who We're Looking For
  • Dependable and punctual - you show up ready to work, especially for the 2nd shift
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stay active through the full shift
  • Comfortable with basic hand tools like pry bars and hammers (or ready to learn)
  • A positive attitude, team mindset, and a good sense of humor go a long way
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
