Responsibilities
  • Receives, checks, and verifies in-bound materials in facility
  • Stores material in the appropriate storage areas. Assists with warehouse cleaning and organization to ensure area meets established safety and quality requirements
  • Fills internal requests for material and delivers materials to various destinations throughout the facility.
  • Uses material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, sit down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, unload and load trucks
  • Properly packages items for safe transport and arranges shipment of out-bound materials
  • Responsible for data entry related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of material
  • Processes and files relevant paperwork
  • Performs cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy. Reports inventory discrepancies as directed
  • Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures related to daily duties
  • Adhere to all August Bioservices site safety and quality policies
  • Maintain cleanliness of supply chain areas
  • Demonstrate good documentation practices with strong attention to detail
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in supply chain or related discipline or equivalent
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills in an uncompromising process environment
  • Work independently and be self-motivated
  • Company focused, respectful, of high integrity, be open and honest, and excellent in execution
  • Demonstrated team-oriented, process-oriented, and solution-oriented skills

  • Some experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work over 40lbs
