Job description

2nd Shift Material Handler
Schedule: 12pm – 8:30pm

Pay: $20 per hour

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our team. This role involves working primarily outdoors (about 80% of the time) in a fast-paced lumber yard environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely receive, store, stage, and prepare lumber, engineered wood, and building products for outgoing shipments

  • Handle long and heavy materials with care, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention

  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load/unload trucks and move inventory throughout the yard

  • Build secure, accurate loads based on customer orders

Position Details:

  • 2nd shift schedule (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM)

  • Pay range: $20 per hour

  • Outdoor work environment (approximately 80% of shift)
