Meet the team:

Intermediate warehousing position that is expected to complete all tasks under general supervision. Material Handler 4 performs a variety of warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control. Position is responsible for completing the physical and systematic movement of material in accordance with all safety, cGMP, and quality procedures. Position is expected to transact all material timely and compile and maintain all required documents for material movement as per quality procedures. This position may work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, etc.

Where you come in:

  • You will own the end-to-end flow of finished goods or raw materials inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • You will complete all warehousing activities, including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control, while complying with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.

  • You will unload, load, put away, and retrieve materials using hand trucks, powered forklifts, or other material handling equipment.

  • You will obtain and/or maintain certification on at least one type of material handling equipment.

  • You will perform transactions in ERP/WMS systems, including shipping, cycle counts, material receipts, and shipments.

  • You will look up material status and locations within ERP/WMS systems to support daily operations.

  • You will utilize Outlook to communicate with internal partners and support cross-functional coordination.

  • You will complete basic data entry tasks in Excel or other systems accurately and efficiently.

  • You will perform 7-point inspections on tractor trailers prior to loading and unloading materials.

  • You will inspect inbound materials for damages and ensure quality standards are met.

  • You will verify material details-such as part number, lot number, expiration date, and quantity-against vendor documentation and purchase orders.

  • You will review raw material specifications and follow instructions for proper receiving and labeling.

  • You will prepare pick lists based on requests from manufacturing and planning teams.

  • You will pick, stage, and process transactions for both bulk and non-bulk materials.

  • You will actively identify opportunities to improve operational processes and share recommendations with supervisory staff.

  • You have 1+ year of experience in a cGMP environment.

  • You have 2+ years utilizing PTL/Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS, or 3+ years completing transactions in another PTL/ERP/WMS system.

  • You have 1+ year of experience operating electricpowered material handling equipment
