As a Bar Supervisor, you will be an essential part of our operations team, responsible for executing all standard and additional duties associated with warehouse/ bar operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Catering Manager of Premium, you will support the day-to-day handling, organization, and distribution of bar supplies, including alcoholic beverages, equipment, and other materials.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and equipment, ensuring accuracy and quality of shipments.
  • Prepare and organize stock for distribution to various bars and outlets.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of inventory, including stock levels and location of items in the warehouse/bar areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and handling guidelines related to the storage and transport of alcoholic beverages and other bar supplies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as golf carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in periodic inventory audits and stock checks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth supply chain and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Construct and dismantle product cages as needed for secure product transport and storage.
  • Clean and rotate stock regularly to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to liquidate products that have been in inventory for an extended period.
  • Issue out and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems required for bar operations with management support.
  • Set up and prepare bar fronts and backs according to specific bar requirements or events.
  • Ensure high food service standards are maintained by keeping all warehouse and bar locations clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation and safety requirements


•    Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations.
•    Supervise and evaluate employees; counsel; promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
•    Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment.
•    Perform preventative maintenance checklist.
•    Recommend replacement of existing equipment to meet needs of facility.
•    Proficiency in multi-tasking.
•    Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Catering Manager of Premium whenever his/her skill and/or experience would be vital to initiate, coordinate, or complete any given program.
•    Must fill in for absent employees at location, as necessary.
•    Maintain knowledge of daily catering events and confirm they are prepared and delivered on time.
•    Be able to work occasional night and weekend catered events.
•    Attend food service meetings with staff.
•    Maintain communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc).
•    May perform cashier duties as the need arises.
•    Promote good public relations.

Qualifications

•    Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions 
•    Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a setting related to hospitality or bar supplies.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Certificate prior to the first day of work.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Server Certification prior to the first day of work (required for positions that serve or handle alcoholic beverages).
