The 2nd Shift PEM Machine Operator (Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining precision PEM (Precision Engineering Manufacturing) equipment to produce high-quality components.

This position ensures production targets are met efficiently while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The operator monitors machine performance, makes adjustments as needed, and troubleshoots issues to minimize downtime.

Collaboration with team members and supervisors is essential to maintain smooth workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role directly contributes to the company’s ability to deliver reliable, high-quality products on schedule.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery (PEM or similar preferred)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule reliably
