What You'll Do Global Operations & Alignment Guarantees that all studio operations operate in strict accordance with global T2/2K policies and standards, and mandatory regional Spanish regulations. Local contact person for implementation of 2K and Take‐Two (T2) projects. Provide direct support to the Operations Director on projects and metrics of the global division. Studio Operations & Financial Control Lead the planning, management, and control of the annual studio budget. Responsible for studio expense control, monitoring and meeting financial objectives. Process optimization: Proactively identify blockers, inefficiencies, and uncertainties. Build and scale the workflows, procedures, and metrics needed to drive continuous improvement. Studio expense approver, ensuring vendor compliance, managing procurement workflows, and adherence to global frameworks. Ensure the Valencia team has an optimal environment to design world‐class games. Facilities & Workplace Experience (WEX) Oversee the daily operations of premises, coordinating upgrades and infrastructure changes within premium standards. Foster a collaborative workplace culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, and the physical/mental wellbeing of our teams. Elevate the studio workspace to ensure it reflects our signature hospitality, creating a welcoming and premium environment for employees and visitors alike. Strategic Leadership & Talent Development Lead, mentor, and set clear goals for a multidisciplinary covering Administration, Workplace Experience, Facilities/H&S, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Wellbeing.
