Summary/Objective
Responsible for material picks for Inter Company Transfers, Service Order Requests, and PO's. Assigns LP's to material, crate/package material for safe and organized transport. Performs other warehouse duties to support success of perpetual inventory, 5S and all safety policies by following established operating procedures.
Essential Functions
  1. Picks the material for transfers, PO's, and service orders that are released by the Coordinator.
  2. Complies with Divisional and Plant Safety policies.
  3. Assigns LP's for parts picked, labeling LP with part# and attaching to shipping paperwork.
  4. Loads/unloads transfer orders and PO's. Service order material placed in Service Rack for pick up.
  5. Obtains signature for transfers, PO's and scans PO's to shipping department to have work closed.
  6. Complete inventory transactions to receive and issue inventory as required.
  7. Properly identify and locate all parts according to established procedures
  8. Complete equipment maintenance checklist.

  7. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of inventory and manufacturing software; Microsoft software, D365, and understand the Mobile Device and scanner.
Supervisory Responsibility
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
Physical DemandsWhile performing duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active - while performing this job the employee is regularly standing walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, balancing, reaching, handling, and climbing all day. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations considered for individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee works around moving mechanical parts, heavy equipment, and conveyer roller lines. The employee will work in outside weather conditions in all seasons. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
In addition, the employee may be exposed to dust, fumes, gases, noise, heat, cold, and wet work while performing job duties.
This position requires Personal Protective Equipment such as work gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs, cut resistant sleeves, and seasonal gear which will be provided.
Additional items required but not included are steel toed shoes or boots with metatarsal guards.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hourly position, and hours of work and days are based upon the need to support operations and production. Some Saturdays will be mandatory.

There is no travel required for this position.
Required Education and Experience
  1. High school degree or GED.
  2. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  3. LCI Forklift License Required (Offered once hired).
Preferred Education and Experience
  1. 1-3 months related work experience and/or training.
  2. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos preferred.
  3. Basic computer skills preferred.
