CDL Truck Driver (Class A or B) / Motorista CDL (Classe A ou B)

Full-Time | Cornerstone

Cornerstone is looking for a dependable Class A or Class B CDL Driver to deliver lumber and building materials to residential and commercial job sites.

This is a hands-on position that involves much more than driving. Drivers are responsible for safely loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials while providing outstanding customer service and representing Cornerstone professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver lumber and building materials to customer job sites
  • Load, unload, and secure materials using forklifts, Moffett equipment, and manual labor
  • Inspect loads and complete delivery paperwork, vehicle inspections, and required logs
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
  • Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar entregas de madeira e materiais de construcao com seguranca
  • Carregar, descarregar e prender a carga utilizando empilhadeira, Moffett e trabalho manual
  • Realizar inspecoes do veiculo, conferir a carga e preencher a documentacao de entrega
  • Comunicar-se com a equipe de despacho, clientes e colegas de trabalho
  • Cumprir todas as normas de seguranca, da empresa e do DOT
  • Trabalhar ao ar livre durante todo o ano

Requirements

  • Valid Class A or Class B CDL
  • Safe driving record
  • Hoisting License (H-1C preferred)
  • Moffett or forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service
