Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production team as an Embroidery Machine Operator. No prior embroidery experience is required. We provide hands-on training and are happy to teach the right person. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying organized, and being part of a team, you'll do great in this role.
What You'll Do
• Operate embroidery machines to decorate apparel and gear
• Follow work orders and instructions to ensure accuracy
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Help maintain machines (cleaning, oiling, and general upkeep)
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Communicate with team members and managers to keep work flowing smoothly
