UH-60 Helicopter Mechanic (15T)- Transitioning Service Members
SkyBridge Aviation is seeking motivated UH-60 Helicopter Mechanics to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair operations on rotary-wing aircraft. This opportunity is designed for transitioning Army 15T UH-60 Helicopter Repairers and other military rotary-wing maintainers who are looking to move into the civilian aviation industry. Candidates from active duty, Guard, Reserve, and recently separated backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Position Overview
The UH-60 Helicopter Mechanic performs general aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and component replacement on UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters. This role supports flightline, maintenance, and modification activities while ensuring aircraft safety, reliability, and airworthiness. Candidates may come from flightline, production, phase maintenance, or heavy maintenance environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on UH-60 helicopters.
  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and airframe systems.
  • Support removal and installation of aircraft components and assemblies.
  • Assist with preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight inspections.
  • Support launch, recovery, and aircraft ground handling operations.
  • Perform servicing, including fluids, lubrication, and general aircraft care.
  • Use technical manuals and maintenance data to complete assigned tasks.
  • Document work performed in accordance with maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain safe work practices and follow quality and maintenance standards.
