Pay Range: $30hr - $45hr
  • The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for intern and early career technical and non-technical roles.ย 
  • The role involves building relationships with universities and hiring teams, supporting campus recruiting initiatives, and enhancing candidate experience and employer branding.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2โ€“3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup).
  • Strong understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25โ€“35% for campus visits and events.

Experience:

  • Experience managing university-level requisitions including internship and full-time roles.
  • Experience supporting intern programs and early career recruiting initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers and university partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles.
