What does it mean to have an IQ of 120?

An IQ of 120 is considered to be above average intelligence. This score typically places an individual in the top 10% of the population, indicating strong problem-solving abilities, reasoning skills, and the capacity to learn new information quickly. People with this IQ may excel academically and perform well in many professional fields, although IQ is just one measure of cognitive abilities and does not account for creativity, emotional intelligence, or practical skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a professional with an IQ of 120?

There is no formal job title called '120 IQ,' as IQ is a measure of cognitive ability rather than a profession. Instead, employers look for relevant education, experience, and job-specific skills when hiring for any position. Soft skills like communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are universally valued across roles. These qualities are important because they directly contribute to effectiveness and success in the workplace.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in data analyst roles, and how can they be addressed?

Data analysts often encounter challenges such as dealing with incomplete or inconsistent data, tight deadlines for reporting, and communicating complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. To address these issues, it's helpful to develop strong problem-solving skills, learn effective data-cleaning techniques, and practice clear communication. Collaborating closely with IT, business, and management teams can also ensure that analyses are accurate and actionable, supporting better decision-making.
