Summary

Lead the setup and management of B2B wholesale order fulfillment operations, combining strategic warehouse design with hands-on daily execution. Build scalable systems and processes while ensuring compliance with retailer routing guides and maintaining exceptional service levels for wholesale clients.


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Setup & Operations Design warehouse layouts optimized for B2B wholesale volumes (receiving, bulk storage, pick/pack, staging) Implement WMS platforms and establish SOPs for all warehouse functions including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping Ensure OSHA compliance, safety protocols, and quality control standards across all operations Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce operational costs

B2B Wholesale Fulfillment Management Manage end-to-end order fulfillment ensuring compliance with customer routing guides, labeling requirements, and packaging specifications Oversee EDI workflows and ASN transmission to prevent chargebacks and maintain vendor scorecards Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to meet SLAs and resolve fulfillment issues Handle retailer-specific requirements including custom labeling, pallet configurations, and documentation

Logistics & Transportation Coordination Source and manage carrier relationships (LTL, FTL, parcel) to secure competitive rates and reliable service Schedule daily outbound shipments, coordinate freight booking, and ensure on-time delivery performance Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, customs documents) Monitor shipment tracking and proactively communicate delays or issues to stakeholders

Inventory Management & Team Leadership Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting programs and physical inventory audits Implement reorder point systems and safety stock protocols to prevent stockouts Recruit, train, and develop warehouse staff while managing schedules and performance evaluations Foster workplace culture emphasizing safety, accountability, and operational excellence


Qualifications

Physical Requirements
