Job description

Description:

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced SyteLine / CSI ERP Developer to support, customize, and enhance our Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) and Mongoose environments. This on-site role serves as a key technical liaison across departmentsโ€”resolving system issues, building enhancements, and ensuring smooth data flow across business functions. In addition to core ERP development, this position supports enterprise-wide modernization initiatives to reduce paperwork, streamline workflows, and implement automation that increases efficiency across all business units.

  • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Syteline / Mongoose issues across manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and finance
  • Design and develop new forms, workflows, and extensions using the Mongoose framework
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data scripts for reporting, performance tuning, and system integration
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Cyberquery, BIRST, Infor DataViews, or equivalent tools
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations (on-prem to cloud), and version patching while minimizing disruption
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and document technical changes
  • Assist with data migrations, ETL tasks, and bulk data updates
  • Provide technical mentoring and training to user teams and other developers
  • Support modernization efforts across the enterpriseโ€”reducing paper-based processes, implementing digital workflows, and creating automation solutions to improve efficiency
  • Periodic travel (up to 25%) to other enterprise locations to provide direct support, implement system improvements, and ensure alignment of ERP standards across the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI), including customizations, extensions, and production support required
  • Proficiency in C# or Visual Basic with solid .NET development experience required
  • Strong SQL Server skills: writing queries, stored procedures, optimizing performance, indexing, and troubleshooting required
  • Deep experience with Mongoose forms, personalization, and IDO extension required
  • Expertise in Cyberquery, BIRST, DataViews, or similar BI/reporting platforms required
  • Excellent communication skills โ€” able to translate technical details into clear business understanding required
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving mindset required
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing, inventory, order management, and production workflows required
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to support enterprise operations and ERP deployments required
  • Experience integrating Syteline with other business systems (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware such as ION / Ming.le) preferred
  • Experience in the Infor ION / Ming.le / Infor OS ecosystem preferred
  • Experience migrating from on-prem Syteline to cloud preferred
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SSRS, or other BI tools preferred
  • Exposure to SQL Server administration, job scheduling, and database maintenance preferred
  • Background in data modeling, ETL, or structured data migrations preferred
  • Prior work in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise modernization or automation projects preferred
