This is not a typical entry-level job. It's a traveling technical career path.

You'll receive immersive training and work alongside experienced technicians performing specialized chemical cleaning and passivation on mission-critical fluid and gas systems.

Every project is different. One week you may be working at a semiconductor facility, the next supporting aerospace manufacturing.

  • Opportunities to grow into senior technician or leadership roles

Travel requirements:

  • 80%+ travel nationwide
  • 30–50% night shift work
  • Overtime, weekends, holidays, and short-notice travel may be required

What You'll Do

As part of a field service team, you will:

  • Set up and operate specialized equipment for chemical cleaning and passivation
  • Safely handle process chemicals such as citric acid and caustics
  • Use PPE and follow strict safety and compliance procedures
  • Load, transport, and unload project equipment and materials
  • Drive company vehicles to job sites (vans, trucks, forklifts)
  • Perform hands-on work in a variety of environments (indoors, outdoors, rooftops)
  • Maintain organized workspaces aligned with 5S/CEO standards
  • Complete OSHA and internal safety training
  • Support mission-critical customer facilities across the country

Who Thrives in This Role

We hire for attitude and train for success.

The best candidates are:

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Comfortable working with tools and equipment
  • Adaptable to new environments
  • Safety-focused
  • Excited about travel and hands-on work
  • Interested in building a long-term technical career

Basic Requirements

  • Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
  • Real ID or Passport required for air travel
  • Ability to attend two weeks of paid training in California within the first 3 weeks of employment
  • Medical DOT certificate
  • Strong math skills (ratios, percentages)
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and basic programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in PPE in changing environments
  • Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical schooling or trade certification
  • OSHA / HAZWOPER / Confined Space certifications
  • Field service or hazardous chemical handling experience
