Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales & Marketing

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our Sales & Marketing teams by connecting driven professionals with exciting career opportunities. From sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring, you’ll be the ultimate matchmaker, pairing great people with great career opportunities. You’ll also partner closely with our licensed broker, assisting with the sales consultant licensing process to ensure our teams are set up for success from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, interview, and select applicants to build a pipeline of sales and marketing talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Partner with our broker to assist with the licensing process for new sales consultants, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Create and manage online recruiting campaigns, tailoring strategies based on market trends and sourcing innovations.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices within legal and company policies.
  • Create engaging job ads and candidate communications that reflect our culture and attract top talent.
  • Track recruitment metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, etc.) and adjust strategies to achieve results.
  • Adhere to EEOC policies.
  • Follow company hiring policies throughout the new hire process.
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience that strengthens our brand as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience ( timeshare preferred).
  • This is an onsite role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and instill confidence.
  • A resilient, competitive personality with a passion for finding and connecting with top talent.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches at once.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) UKG experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of EEO, AA, and compliance policies.
  • An understanding of the timeshare sales/marketing industry and HR processes is a strong plus.
