Job description

Bonus Structure: A sign-on bonus of $20,000 is available for Registered Nurses with two or more consecutive years of RN experience. New Graduate Registered Nurses may receive a bonus of $10,000. Eligibility criteria and payout details will be discussed during the interview.

Compensation: $36.00–$49.16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team, the RN provides direct patient care, promotes positive clinical outcomes, and ensures adherence to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-focused nursing care.
  • Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments according to provider orders and hospital policies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and other team members.
  • Assist with procedures, diagnostics, patient stabilization, and other clinical interventions specific to the department.
  • Operate and monitor clinical equipment relevant to the assigned department.
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING

  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain it thereafter.
  • Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
  • Experience with ventilator management preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

The specific starting salary will be determined at the time of hiring, taking into account various factors such as skills, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
