Job description

Visual Inspection & Packaging Associate

$17.00/hour | No Experience Required | Lancaster, OH

Ready to start working? Adecco is hiring Visual Inspection & Packaging Associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Lancaster, Ohio.

This is a great entry-level opportunity with paid, hands-on training and a consistent Monday–Friday base schedule. No previous manufacturing experience is required!

Available Shifts
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

  • Monday–Friday

  • Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs

What You’ll Do
  • Inspect manufactured parts for visible defects

  • Remove finished parts from a conveyor

  • Separate left-hand and right-hand parts

  • Package products according to work instructions

  • Follow quality and safety procedures

  • Keep your workstation clean and organized

What We’re Looking For
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Comfortable standing for the entire shift

  • Able to perform repetitive, hands-on work

  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
