Job description

Title/Role: Urgent Role: Help Desk Analyst 2-Video Support/ HD2 

Work Location: Onsite

Job will be in person working in London, Ohio. equipment supplied
Video Support Specialist

Education:

Preferred Education:  4-year college degree

Years of Relevant Experience:  2 years

 Key Skills:

 โ€ข  Process and schedule for videoconference requests  and manage other  issues via telephone and email.  Last year we scheduled over 12,000 conferences.

โ€ข  Utilize Microsoft O365

โ€ข  Assist with day-to-day management of videoconferencing operations for our multisite videoconferencing network

โ€ข  Use professional written and oral communication

โ€ข  Work successfully across multiple teams

โ€ข  Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks

โ€ข  Support conference room meetings, point-to-point and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences

โ€ข  Prefer experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints

โ€ข  Provide limited audio/video support for management off-site activities

โ€ข  Maintain strict confidentiality for all videoconferencing activities

โ€ข  Report operational and technical issues to managers.
