Job description

We are a technology integration firm specializing in physical security systems in the utility, transit, education and municipal markets among others.  We are seeking a security field engineer who enjoys implementing and maintaining enterprise-level security and surveillance systems.  We work with multiple integrated technologies including IP video, access control, video analytics, thermal video, fence perimeter systems, microwave and more. Work area is primarily around Washington DC, Baltimore, Prince George and Montgomery Counties.

Technical background and hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of security systems, video systems, access control, burglar alarm.  Ability to troubleshoot security systems wiring and devices.  Experience with IP Video systems and basic network principles.  Strong computer skills, ability read prints and specifications.  Experience with Genetec and/or Software House a plus but not required.

Salary:  negotiable based on experience. We are open to less experienced candidates if they exhibit some of the pertinent requirements as well as a good work ethic and strong willingness to learn.
