What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care within the PCU float pool, managing patients with diverse needs
• Initiate and maintain IV therapy, including starting IVs and managing telehealth equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using Epic EMR system
• Float within hospital units, adapting to varying levels of acuity and patient needs
• Follow established protocols for patient safety and clinical best practices
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies
• Assist with patient education and support during night shifts

What You Need

Required:

• Current Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of related RN experience, preferably in acute or ICU care
• Proficiency in IV starts, telehealth, and Epic EMR system

Preferred:

• Experience floating between hospital units
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
