🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Structured Cabling & Integrated Systems

📍 Multiple Locations | ✈️ Travel Required

💰 $140,000 – $170,000 annually

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex structured cabling and integrated systems projects from initiation through successful closeout.

This is a great opportunity for a strong project leader with a background in telecommunications, structured cabling, low voltage, or integrated systems who is comfortable managing large-scale projects, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.


What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirements are met

• Manage project resources, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams

• Develop and execute installation strategies using industry best practices

• Manage different contract types, including Lump Sum, GMP/Cost Plus, Unit Price, Design-Build/Design-Assist, and Time & Material

• Identify change events and drive effective change management

• Partner closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, schedule impacts, and resource needs


What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10+ years of experience managing structured cabling and/or integrated systems projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

• Strong experience managing complex construction or telecommunications projects

• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements

• Knowledge of construction technology platforms, quality standards, and safety requirements

• Strong understanding of change management and project controls

• BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, or PMP is preferred

• Additional BICSI certifications are a plus

• Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required
