Responsibilities: Participate in an immersive, paid training program to build the skills needed to be a successful Data Engineer Train in high-demand technologies including Relational and Non-Relational Databases, APIs, Python, Pandas, Kafka, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Machine Learning Engage with Senior Engineer mentors in a hands-on, collaborative learning environment After training, work for up to two years as a Data Engineering consultant on various client engagements Requirements: Bachelor's degree Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and a strong interest in Data Engineering Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities A team-oriented mindset What We Offer: Paid training (3-4 months) at $600/week to build technical skills from the ground up Mentorship and instruction from Senior Engineers $2,500 relocation assistance A dedicated Dev10 Manager to support your growth Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (post-training, depending on assigned location) If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
