What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and supervise warehouse employees while managing daily workflow, schedules, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development
  • Coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities to ensure customer and operational requirements are met
  • Oversee inventory control including incoming and outgoing products, physical counts, inventory transfers, and discrepancy resolution
  • Schedule employees and assign daily responsibilities to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service goals
  • Ensure inventory is properly received, inspected, recorded, stored, and transferred for shipment according to established procedures
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, shipping documentation, manifests, inventory reports, and other operational paperwork
  • Monitor warehouse equipment, machinery, facility organization, PPE requirements, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements that increase productivity, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, and other departments to resolve issues and support overall business operations
  • Provide leadership coverage in the Warehouse Manager's absence and assist with payroll approvals, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
What We’re Looking For:
  • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience within a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or similar operation
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, train, and hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
  • Experience with inventory control, receiving, shipping, warehouse documentation, and day-to-day distribution operations
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and forklift operations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational needs
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, PPE requirements, and established operating procedures
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment and lift at least 25 pounds as needed
