• Work consumer-initiated inbound calls, partner-supplied lead programs, and referral channels.

• Conduct phone and video consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance coverage.

• Quote, present, and submit applications for life insurance products.

• Follow up with applicants through underwriting and policy issue. • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and outcome records in our CRM.

• Participate in product training, sales coaching, and compliance updates. Products You'll Offer

• Final Expense, Term Life and Whole Life Insurance

• Indexed Universal Life (IUL) and Income Protection

• Final Expense and Estate Planning

• Annuities, Retirement, and Private Pension Solutions Required Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance license in your state of residence.

• Reliable high-speed internet, a working computer with webcam, and a quiet, professional workspace. • Strong phone presence with active listening and consultative selling skills.

• Self-discipline and consistency in a remote, commission-based environment. Preferred Qualifications • One or more years of life insurance, financial services, or inside sales experience.

• Multi-state licensing or willingness to obtain additional state appointments.

• Experience with CRM platforms and dialer software.

• Background in retirement, estate, or final expense planning. Compensation

• 100% commission. Pay is tied to policies issued.

• Competitive commission contracts across multiple carriers.

• Daily and weekly pay options available through carrier direct deposit.

• Renewal income on qualifying policies. • Production-based bonuses on qualifying milestones. Compensation is 100% commission and tied directly to your personal production. Actual earnings vary based on licensing, time commitment, lead utilization, and adherence to the sales process. We do not guarantee any specific income.

What We Provide

• Access to vetted, qualified leads from multiple sources within our partnership network.

• Carrier appointments and onboarding support.

• Product training, daily coaching, and ongoing sales development.

• A flexible remote work environment.

No Fees or Required Investment There is no purchase, startup fee, or required investment to begin in this role. We do not charge you for training, carrier appointments.

Standard state licensing fees and continuing education are the responsibility of the agent, as required by state insurance regulators. Schedule Flexible remote schedule. Most agents work full-time business hours to maximize lead access, but the role accommodates part-time and evening availability. Lead distribution is heaviest Monday through Saturday. Qualified applicants are scheduled for a phone interview with our hiring team within two to three business days.
